Description The professional skills of the students that will be developed through this course include implementing activities where students will recognize the general program offering a course based on the observations and views. Technical and practical skills obtained through this course include experience in different institutions (education, industry, health), institution culture, structure and administration of organization, daily duties in schools/institutions, school-parents collaboration, observations of teachers and courses, problems of schools/institutions, teaching materials and different aspects of teachers, investigation of educational settings and materials, investigation of institutions relations with other institutions, preparing portfolio on observations or filling in any relevant form given by course lecturer. Upon completion of the seven weeks theoretical courses (21 lectures) and seven weeks of observation in the public & private schools students will be able to know and understand school related activities through watching closely the work of school psychologists, teachers and students. The respective students will participate in a presentation in the classroom and will observe students & teachers under the supervision of school psychologists or teachers. They will also discuss the experiences of classroom observation and feedback to write letters or fill in a relevant form and submit it to responsible lecturer.
Objectives Upon completion of the course students should be able to know and observe the largest space in public & private schools and to understand the broad spectrum of psychological & tech services offered to students in schools where to observe a teacher in the school day and to observe a day of school student, and also to consider activities that apply to classroom for teaching: Recognize applied learning activities in the classroom. Examine the materials used in teaching activities that are implemented in the classroom. Give examples about the materials used in teaching activities that are implemented in the classroom. Prepare a report on the results of monitoring activities that apply to classroom teaching .
