More than 80 principals and teachers of high and middle schools of Tirana Education Department took part in a training workshop on " Management of institutions and crisis in pre university education ." The seminar was organized by the Centre for Continuing Education and Training at ''Hëna e Plotë'' (Bedër) University in collaboration with the Education Directorate of Tirana.
During the seminar there were discussed topics related to young people's access to technological developments of modern times, the benefits and needs to be used positively, but also the problems that are often encountered by their misuse.
Other topics discussed were those dealing with teachers access to the code of ethics of that their profession provides and its observance in order to avoid conflicts, but also institutional management strategies or the rights and obligations for teachers and students pre university education institutions.
The seminar was held in the form of a conversation where lecturers and teachers shared their experiences in the field of education of the younger generation.
