Heads of Hëna e Plotë (Bedër) University conducted a working visit to ''Eqrem Çabej'' University in Gjirokastra. The delegation was led by the rector of the university, Dr. Ferdinand Gjana and his part were also Dean of the Faculty of Philology and Education Dr . Ahmet Ecirli and General Secretary Fatih Bagci. During the visit, leaders of Hëna e Plotë (Bedër) University were welcomed by the "Eqrem Çabej" University rector Prof.Asoc.Dr Gëzim Sala and other heads of this institution. After the welcoming part, Professor Sala said that this meeting was a good step towards the deepening of the relation between the two institutions.
During the meeting they discussed about concrete projects and the areas of cooperation between the two universities. They agreed to start concrete cooperation programs. Dr. Gjana proposed to his counterpart an organization of joint projects in the field of research and more specifically, the organization of a conference in the field of education and other areas of mutual interest. At the meeting, the two sides shared views about reform in university education and the focus on increasing the quality of Albanian universities.
