Law Department students represent Albania in the international competition “JESSUP”

Beder University Law Department students, represent Albania for the 3-rd consecutive year in the international competition “JESSUP” held in Washington, which consists in a simulation of a hypothetical disagreement case between the countries. All this hypothetical case is held in front of the International Court of Justice, a justice institution of the United States.

In the international round which was held between 27 march – 2 april in the USA, this year participated 132 teams from 80 different countries of the world, we also have to mention Beder University team among them, with the attached students and lectures: Albi Çela, Ermelinda Gjeci and Rajmonda Zhuta, Gentjan Skara and Eni Kokalari.

The abovementioned students team faced Hebrew University of Jerusalem, National University of Singapore, L.U.I.S.S. Guido Carli, American University of Sharjah teams in the final phase of the competition where reached succesful results.

Within the international acitivities, Beder University Department of Law will participate in the ICC Moot Court Competition 2016, which is organized by Leiden University, from 22 – 27 may in Hague, Hollande.
