On 12th of November 2024, at 11:30, in the Senate Room, Research Center for Sustainable Development and Innovation in collaboration with the Law Deparatment, organized an open lecture with the topic: "Measures of commercial subjects for acquiescence with state inspections", with Msc. Juljan Gjura as a guest. There was a vast participation during this open lecture, with the presence of the Academic Staff members, members of RCSDI, as well as students pursuing studies in the Law Program, in Beder University College. During this lecture, there was a discussion over the obligations of subjects to be in accordance with the legal and sub-legal requirements of work relations, the conditions of activity premises, and their technical-industrial requirements. Mr. Gjura mentioned that challenges like the lack of a trained staff, shallow leadership and unjust competition, are now the main issues in the development of market sustainability.
Mr. Gjura also analyzed the methods and challenges of the subjects in the task accomplishment, cost minimization and inspection management. Some solutions that he proposed were: the purpose of new politics based on values, staff training and forming reporting lines for violations. These changes may help in the prevention of corruptive nuisances and offer a safe framework to report any possible violation.
